customizing Open source microblogging application

[login to view URL] is an open source microblogging application. Currently when you download and setup in your environment, it support only a single network. I would like to hire coder to do some customization so that it can support multi network. Example of one that support multiple network is like [[login to view URL]][1]. Example i am from abc company and when i register, i have my own "network". And only people within my abc network can see my public timeline. Other company who setup their own "network", i will not have access to. Current version of [[login to view URL]][2] comes with mobile app support (iphone and andriod) So i would need to have these support even after the customisation. So all in all, all features and functions of [[login to view URL]][2] stay including their desktop and mobile support. I only need to have [[login to view URL]][2] to be customized to support multi network. And for multiple organisation to have their individual microblogging domain after registration.
