Custom PHPBB3 Plugin (Mod)

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE MAKING A BID SO WE DON'T WASTE EACH OTHERS' TIME. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must be able to speak and fully understand English. 2. Must be deeply proficient in all of the following: PHP, MySQL, AJAX 3. Must have actual relevant work samples to show/demonstrate. PROJECT REQUIREMENT I am looking for someone who meet the above qualifications to customize a phpBB3 plugin (or mod) for us. The plugin should enable the phpBB3 admin to enter and save RSS feeds to a list (stored in a custom MySQL table). The plugin should also enable the admin to (a) view the latest entries of each RSS feed, (b) select feed items, and (c) post the selected feed items into a chosen forum that exists in the phpBB3 installation.
