I need an ASTERISK ([[login to view URL]][1]) expert to install the software for me on a linux box. I want to try it out and see if it would be good for me, however, im a windows expert, not linux so I am getting a bit stuck.
I can install Linux and enable SSH access for the successfull bidder, and grant them full access to the test box.
I have a test SIP account from a provider
I have an IP phone
If there is anything else I need for the successfull bidder to implement Asterisk then please let me know.
Once it is installed, I also require it to do a simple function:
I have a CSV list with a customers order reference number in one column and a estimated delivery date in the second column.
What I want to be able to happen is when the customer dials the telephone number, the Asterisk server answers the call, then asks the caller to enter in the order number, this will then check the CSV file and tell the customer the expected delivery date.
I do hope this makes sense... :-)
## Deliverables
1. Fully Install Asterisk Server with Test SIP account details
2. Create function as stated in Bid description whereby a user can input a reference number that is listed in a CSV file and it will state the delivery date which is also in the CSV file via the IVR
## Platform
Linux
Asterisk Server
