Google+ chat (javascript+css)

I was in need of a component equal to the chat google+ (widget) . All operations of message with ajax and everything have buttons: minimize, maximize, and close. for example if I have a number of windows greater than 5 (for example) want you to be equal to facebook Additional chat windows, are minimized. status= connected,disconected visible = true /false user can send off-line messages too
