DHTML / Javascript Developer

I am looking for DHTML programmers with these skills: 1- Must understand the DOM very well including IE, Firefox, Webkit differences. 2- Must know javascript very well. 3- Must know what mootools is an be willing to learn it quickly unless you already know it. 4- A good eye for presentation. I will provide rough details on what I need for every task and I want someone to quickly understand that everything must look professional and high end. Knowing photoshop will help. 5- Be willing to connect through skype. 6- Ideally use Coda to edit files or Komodo IDE or Notepad ++. Dreamweaver is not allowed due to the way it makes things look bad. 7- Must be a clean coder. I will define a style that the team uses.. You're working on a team so you will mostly work on a live server and all the code must conform to a style. 8- Must be willing to work large number of hours. 7-10 per day.
