We need a team of experienced programmers who are very familiar with Interspire Shopping Cart (ISC) and modify our cart in order to meet custom shipping requirements. Our biggest requirement is the ability to assign free shipping (freight included) options to certain products/brand/categories and have them only applicable in certain shipping zones. For example: Product A (or category B, or Brand C) has free shipping in zones 1 and 2 but there is a $9 surcharge if the item is being shipped to zone 3. Another requirement is to assign additional shipping charges if the item(s) exceeds a certain weight or cost. We prefer minimal hardcoding into the source code as we would like to keep the software updatable. The website itself is fully designed so we only need programming work. In your reply to this post please provide a brief explanation on how you will approach this project. DO NOT JUST POST YOU WORKS THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE. You may mention them but let it not be your only content of your reply.
