Custom Magento Changes

We are about to go live with this new site and found a couple last minute changes before we go live next week that we need help with. The site is view able at [login to view URL]~vitaherb/ 1) We found an issue on the Shopping Cart page that does not allow you to change the Qty of an item and then click update. According to some research, this appears to be an issue with the Template and Magento 1.8 that we need to get fixed. [login to view URL] 2) We need to have a Custom Field added under the Orders section, that allows a second Order # to be entered in manually. This new field also needs to be searchable just the Magento Order # is. The name of the field would be "Nature Sunshine #" Additional Info (every time an order is placed, they turn around and submit the order through the order fulfillment company that provides a separate order # that is then manually added into the orders section to cross referencing the other order # to the order within Magento) 3) Need to see if it's possible to add an additional functionality to the checkout process. If someone starts placing an order as a Guest, they go through the checkout process and enter in their billing and shipping information. (If they decide to go back to the shopping cart or the website to add another item to the cart. They then go back to the Checkout process. They now have to enter the address into the website again. We need to see if we can have it setup to remember the previous information that was entered in without them having to re-type everything again for the shipping and billing. 4) Is it possible for the Newsletter Subscribed list (not as important as the first 3 items) Would like to have a date field that shows when an e-mail was added to the mailing list / newsletter list.
