I have a Wordpress page designed but I need someone to create the pages using my PSD file and my theme which is based on bootstrap ( [login to view URL] ). The page must use "responsie design" ( such as [login to view URL] ) so that the layout is different if the screen size is changed. This project is to build 1 page. I will hire 3 different developers to do this work and give them each one of the pages in my site to do. The person who does good, fast work will be hired to do other pages of the site (about 20 pages in the site). I need the work done quickly, so the person must start on this tomorrow (Saturday). Winning bidders will receive the PSD file and the theme file. I am attaching an example of one of the pages from my site and how it will appear in a desktop browser and on a mobile phone sized screen. You may be asked to do a slightly different page from the one shown but this is the basic style and complexity.
