Create & Implement design for twitter clone script

I have two twitter clone scripts. I want however exact the same design as [login to view URL] has for [login to view URL]\st Images, css etc. are re-usable and available. I need the coder to deliver · The redesign and implement the design for each page on [login to view URL]\st · To use clean php/css code, web2.0 sharp images if new images are used · CSS images sprites for fast loading of used images · Be creative for those parts/pages which are different from the script the design is ‘copied’ · Create a mock-up to see what your capable of. All pagesmust be covered and all current functionality to be working again.
