Create API for high resolution QR code on php

Our existing QR code generator and system is www.kwiqrlink.com. This project is to create an API that will allow us to generate QR codes in high resolution on our existing php platform. We need this API to generate high resolution QR Code artwork files for graphic design at 300dpi, whether the QR code is to be used on a business card or to be used on a billboard (at very large scale size). The formats required are png, jpeg, pdf vector format, tiff, svg and eps vector format (with transparency option).
