Looking to start a community based website. Will allow users to upload files, download and pay for premium content. Will include four user account types with different user permissions. Must take payments for premium content on a shopping cart basis and also take for yearly subscriptions. One type of user account must be allowed to customise their homepages.
A bit like a forum, myspace and similar sites rolled into one.
