Buddypress Theme Developer

Hello Guys... I am looking for a developer who knows Buddypress/Wordpress ins and outs who has intensive experience in Buddypress theme development. I also need this person to be excellent with HPHP/MySQL/Ajax/Javascript and Jquery. You must be very experienced in PSD to Buddypress theme conversion and also XHTML/CSS Design integration into fully functional Buddypress Theme. We will need you to develop premium quality, highly customized and identical to original design themes. These are not normal blog themes. These are themes with advanced features. I need somebody who is highly motivated and have previous experience. I need you to give me the links to active Buddypress themes you have developed.
