Basic Project Add Edit and Delete Records in 2 tables

Hi I have a very basic project. I have 2 mysql tables. I have the script written to add. There is a problem with handling an apostrophe which needs to be fixed. I also need the edit and delete function written for these. Also for one of the sections I need to add in a tick box that can be ticked called Featured Products. If this box is ticked then the featured products will appear on the home page in a short list with a link to view more info on this product. I need a search functionality for each of the two sections using drop down boxes i.e. make model etc. I will clarify this later. I need this done asap.
