Amendment to client database and set up system for renewals

I have a client database and each client is a subscriber. Depending on their subscription they have access to different sections of the website. I need to change the client database and how it works. I need a Company Table and a Users table and I neeed to keep track of subscriptions. I want reminder emails sent to us and to the client reminding them of their expiry date. I also want the users to be able to confirm their renewals through an online form. We can then edit that form with their renewal price and this then generates an invoice to them and one to us. I want a trial period section giving new users access to an area for a limited period of time. Once this period ends they get an email. I have a list of reports that I want to generate.
