Automatic Image Adding to Amazon Listings - Customer Image

I am not sure what skillset will be needed for what I am asking so have put this in several categories that could be relevant. I am looking for someone to write a piece of software that will allow my business to highly automate the uploading of item images to the correct item on amazon via the "add customer image" method. We would probably need to discuss specifics and how automated this software could actually be but it must be usable on [login to view URL] - essentially universal.
