We need an expert tp relocate an existing banner to the header on our website as per attached mockup. Next to the relocated banner must be a placeholder for future advert as per mockup. Space becoming available of the relocated banner to remain as an empty space for future usage but the depth to be increased to 180px high. remove 'black' background in header. Modify existing HTML and CSS files (no new CSS files must be created). server is: LAMP timeframe; A.S.A.P. payment method: milestone Full FTP access given but no CP
