Clone site with some AJAX features added

i want two clone sites of sidekiq dot com . one will be in english, the other will be in turkish. * the sites searched, will be different for two languages. (turkish one will mostly search in turkish search sites that is chosen but also in some english sites too) * A well designed admin panel that allows to add new sites on the left side (if possible) and helps to manage default layout . * the designs will be more professional and more good looking. but the templates will be nearly same (Only searched sites, logos and some colors will be different but mostly same) for both sites. * you dont need to design anything. templates will be given in PSD format with all layers, notes (and behaviours) added. * design is very important for me. it wont be so hardbut you should implement it perfect. * left side and the default main part should use some ajax features for opening up subcategories (for searching site choose), easy search and a few more. * sites should look exactly same in both Firefox and Explorer. * not much time to finish it. * a good online support from MSN when developing will be preferred. * finished project will be uploaded by the service provider to different servers. we have more projects and we are looking for a longterm partnership with the dealed provider.
