CMS Project (Urgent)

Its a simple CMS project. You may use Joomla/Mambo/Drupal and customize it according to my requirements. In case 3rd party extensions are needed, I will be able to get you the extensions too. My only condition is to finish all the job withing the time we both agree in advance. So please read the attached document and ask me as many questions as you like. Escrow payment available for serious, competent programmers. Those who don't read the attached document or are not serious and alert enough won't receive a respond.
