AJAX Scheduling App Phase II

Coder dearSasidhar created the first Phase of this project but is unavailable for several weeks. It is ASP VB + JS for AJAX behavior using Access db. I need some enhancements to a few pages, including adding some new fields to two different pages, and then creating a hybrid page with half functionality from 1 of the two existing pages, and half functionality from the second of the two existing pages. Please review the online demo of the tool and the detailed requirements document before bidding. The winning bidder will get access to all existing code of course! Thank you!
