Cordova Phone app with REST SharePoint 2013

Looking for a full project in visual studio / cordova template. Can connect to SharePoint 365 / 2013 using REST technology. Retrieve sites/lists/items in each lists. Case study: User when run the app in his/her device can see a login window for sharepoint. After enter User Name and Password, he can see a list of sites and pages links ( like global Nav) but in custom view. When click on any site the view of all lists should appear. When click on any list the view of all items appears. The each view must consider pages in case of hundreds of items.
