Android app to record notes with timestamps

I need an application to enter notes in a list with timestamps. Then upload the data over WiFi to a network location or FTP or allow a computer to download the data. It will have 2 work screens plus one for [login to view URL] of the screens and detailed specs are attached. As a programmer myself, i believe that 14 days is already twice as long as this project should take, but if even 14 days not enough we might extend it if there is a good and solid progress but just takes longer. ## Deliverables see attached, it is an updated file, pretty much the same as i uploaded first time, but some things are better described. to open use pass123
