I have an existing Asterisk system up and running with a number of phones for an office. I need changes to this
system, I don't have a dev machine so you need to install/configure your own instance and then deploy the changes to
our production system once you have confidence in the work.
- Asterisk needs to be upgraded to the latest version
- We need the ability to back out once you've dialed an extension. I should be able to return to the main menu by
dialing '*' during the time an extension is ringing or has been answered by boicemail
- I need a recording to be played for specific call queues (sales/billing) when the dept is closed. They are only open
M-F from 9am to 6pm
- Calling some existing extensions rings 3 times, then goes no where
- Some callers show as 'Anonymous' when dialing extensions within the office
- Our Polycom conference phone keeps rebooting, it needs a proper caller id label
- Voicemail needs to be configured for all extensions
