Add button to have a script create CSV file

We want the end product to look like the image in the link below. [login to view URL] The script used for collecting the ASINs we want it to have a button that generates a CSV file with the collected ASINs. We do not want the input box for the file location or the check box for the Overwrite file. The attached zip contains a [login to view URL] file but it may not be necessary because we want it to work for Firefox. Is this possible and can it be done quickly? Let me know and I will award the project to you. Thank you. John
