Add custom backdrops and shaped markers feature to the existing Power BI scatter plot (a D3.js based visualization). See detailed spec attached. Code need to be written in Typescript (a typed version of Javascript). Please complete in two weeks. Shorter completion time gains bonus points for awarding the project!
