Wordpress Website Design and Build

We require a someone skilled in the construction of high quality websites using wordpress to bring our business to life. We have an SEO search tool hosted on our domain [login to view URL] this search tool is what the site needs to be built around. The website also needs to be built on wordpress so that we can easily edit the site when needed. We'd like a site with a similar structure to a site we've seen here [login to view URL] and we require nearly every element included in the design, including logo design. The site needs a modern feel, and must appeal to both large coperate customers, but not scare off smaller business by looking too corperate. Something along the lines of another site we've seen here [login to view URL] Please note, that we will not award this project without seeing previous examples of your work, if your completition rate is less than 80% or if you have no feedback, so please don't waste your time bidding if this applies to you. The Wesbite For this project, we are focusing on the 3 main pages that will be viewed by prospects to be built Homepage:- that has space for a video and/or slides as well as ample room to showcase features and benefits Products/Services:- A page that show cases our products and services we offer Pricing:- Our pricing page will essentially consist of the existing search tool that we have on the homepage, as well as a contact form that allows the user to enter their contact phone number, email address and a description of their project box. Search Tool At present our search tool has been built without a particular theme in mind, an essential part of this project will be to display the information that we generate via the search tool in a way that the user doesn't feel like they have gone from one website to another, so that the customer feels like they have found a great service at a great price. Contact We will require our telephone number to be displayed at in the top left corner of the site, however our number hasn't been assigned yet, and won't be until after the site has been completed, a solution is required for this, but not sure what yet.
