Compliance Consultant

I have done a website based on a template and am about 90% finished with the project. The template is a one-page responsive design written in HTML5 and CSS3. The layout of the large/pc version is done and fine. However, my responsive design skills are not brilliant and I'm having a hard time getting the mobile/device version done accurately. I don't have time to keep playing around with this, and anyway, it needs to be done properly by someone who has excellent skills in mobile/fluid/responsive design. I imagine it would take 2-3 hours. Also, when landing on the page, the first image takes over 30 seconds to transition to the next photo. I've tried adjusting the settings in the javascript but nothing works. The current interval (about 6 seconds) between the photos once the slider starts is fine. I'm thinking that for someone who knows javascript well, this will probably only take a few minutes to fix. I will need help with other small projects in the near future, including a small cms project, a membership area, and a secure e-commerce site.
