Edit existing Html website

Hi. I need an edit to an existing site that is already part built. The site can be seen here. [login to view URL] What I need doing is: Home page I need the 'Ask Us A Question' form to be working. Currently the fields do not disappear when clicked, that needs rectifying. Also I would like all boxes to be same width as currently the message box is longer than the other fields. The form is also not working so please make it so 'mail to' goes to email address provided and please provide me instructions of how to change the email destination in future. The submit button, I would like to see when clicked that it says 'Sent' when 'submit' is clicked and all fields filled in. Please can you also tidy up the homepage on mobile as it is a mess please. There is a banner with several logos underneath the main body of text, this should be horizontal and moving from side to side, please correct this. On the mobile version of the website, please can you create a Desktop / Mobile link so when on mobile you can choose to not view the mobile version and view the desktop version instead from your mobile Products page I need a Paypal only integrated cart with Paypal buttons 'Buy Now' and 'Add to cart' buttons. When creating this please use example buttons taken from [login to view URL] . There is no need to create a login / register etc as all payments are made via Paypal. The products that i will be selling will be electrical courses and they will also be events. Therefore i need something quite basic but clear and simple. What will be required on the products page will be image 250 x 250, Title, description, date, Buy now, Add to cart small google map. Please create the above request as similar to the image attached as possible with a google map integration on the right hand side with a map marker. I will also need a 'download booking form' button that will download a pdf file. Please ensure that all of the above is mobile friendly.
