Design for Chat application

This project is chat application with two interface. The interfaces are 1) client and 2) Admin interface. The client interface is described in the client image while the Admin interface is in the admin image. This project involve using bootstrap, javascript, and css. Client Interface: 1) the client app must be place side by side like facebook chat when a button is client and the interface rearrage when a chat window is removed. 2)The client can minimize the chat window must be able to dragged the chat window to any where on the screen while the other still aligned in the base window. Admin Interface: 1) the admin should be able to see all the connected clients on his right window shown on the admin image. 2) when the admin select tab on the left side, the clients connected to that group should be shown on the right window. 3)Based on selected client the chat window in the admin interface should be chat between the chat and client. 4) The box label with "picture and video" is might for admin to add image or video he/she want to client to video while chatting with them. The image will be indicated on the client window for the client to see. 5) Other functionality as seen on the diagram. Now the most important point, this html and css must be separated while the html and css must be bootstrap. The javascript must be modular (objected oriented) with functions separated from the html and css. Please let me know if you need more information on the project. Thanks in advance.
