Design (Look and feel) - 12 Flyers

We have approximately 12 word documents that need to be made into flyers. The flyers fit into 4 categories, so the colours, and look and feel for the flyers can all match within each category. The flyers would vary in length from a single page item to a 10 page brochure. The content is about real estate, so visuals (which you would source) would relate to homes, realtors, and home buyers and sellers. I would require the In Design files after the project is complete.
