Project
the complete (motor-to-gearbox-to-socket) design for a torque multiplier gearbox for tightening large bolts on subsea structures. the torque multiplier will be used in submerged applications up to depths of 100m and tighten bolts up to 1000nm torque. the torque multiplier must use the tb0100 hydraulic motor – the same type of hydraulic motor from the advanced mechanical design rock drill assignment (see attachment). the design must include an appropriately designed or selected square drive to suit sockets capable of 1000nm tightening torques. finally, the gearbox must use a planetary gearbox configuration and allow for attachment to the subsea structure during the tightening process.
This is a final year project, and the file I given is the first half-year project I have done.
This project need to finish all the parts, drawing, FEA.
Dear
Professional team for CAD/CAM having rich experiences for the 3D modeling and the FEA using ANSYS and ABAQUS, AutocAD and Solidworks.
We are sure that our team can do this job very well due to the qualified skills.
Please send me the further so that we can discuss the further.
Regards.

Hello ,
We are a team of machine design specialist and am having expertise into design of planetary and spur/helical gearing arrangement/ gearboxes . We will take FEA expert on board for this project activity.
Having said this, we would be interested in actually understanding in detail of your requirement and to finalize the scope of this project .
Can you share us details about how motor and gearbox are integrated in existing design ?
A cross sectional drawing would do a great help.
Thank you.
Wishing you good luck !
