Contact List of Australian Hospital Pharmacists

Hi. There are 752 Public Hospitals and 588 Private Hospitals in Australia. (Total: 1340). Each of these hospitals has a Pharmacist in charge, with a title like Director of Pharmacy, Head of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Manager, etc. I need a contact list comprising 1,000 of these Australian Hospital Pharmacists. That list must be in Excel format (.xls) and comprise the following fields: Hospital Name First Name of Hospital Pharmacist Surname of Hospital Pharmacist Job Title of Hospital Pharmacist Telephone Number (Direct number, not just hospital switchboard, which I already have. The Direct telephone number is optional. Let me know whether your bid includes or excludes Direct telephone number). Email address (Optional. Let me know whether your bid includes or excludes Email Addresses). This project will be paid in 4 equal Milestones. I will release funds for every 250 fully completed set of contacts. I will then check/validate each set of 250 before releasing the next set of 250, and so forth until the project is completed. The project must be quoted for the full 1,000 contacts, and at each of the 4 Milestones I will release 25% of the agreed funds.
