Chrome Extension from PSD to AngularJS or React. Need a Pixel Perfect UI front end developer

Looking for an experienced front end developer for the next 3 to 5 months on many parts of our project. Possibility to work on a longer relationship for maintenance and updates. Needs to have excellent knowledge on animations, interactions and copy exactly the PSD's to pixel perfect finish results on the web. Must be experienced with: - Javascript and its libraries. - Frameworks such as AngularJS, NodeJS, React, BackboneJS, Bootstrap, Ember. - A wizard in HTML(5) & CSS(3) knowledge. - Experience in JQuery and creating highly skilled animations including parallax and blurring effects. - Experience working with Responsive Designs and making websites look as apps in mobile view. - Creating and consuming API’s and core data. - Experience working with Git. (MILESTONE 2) - to discuss. - Platform for the users = Beautiful UI to develop operated by the end users to find and compare the best exchange rates and to launch in April.
