Complete Existing Project

I have developed a "Project Management" application using ASP.NET , (VB). The application is bilingual (English/Arabic). I need to enhance the system , add new features , Fix couple of bugs. The application consists of the following sections: Login Page Dashboard Page User Management Page Reports Page Projects Page ( With the following sections : Contacts , Files , Tasks , Comments ) Messages Page The application requires someone experienced with VS2010 , VB, Accordion , Ajax , Gridview item templates , Localization , MS SQL , Multiviews , Master Page , Security , ect . . What needs to be done is the following : 1- Allow users to specify preferred language in their profile to switch between different languages using (LocalResource files ) 2- Some Dropdown lists will not display properly in IE , but will show in Firefox and Chrome. I need to fix that. 3- The HTML Editor works fine on all browsers but not on Safari (Ipad , Iphone). 4- Allow Admin to Suspend a user. 5- The system currently does not allow users to delete, modify projects , need to add this feature. 6- Enhance the feel an look of Right to Left , Left to right based on selected language. 7- Add Google like status label when a user clicks on save or inserts new comment or makes a mistake. 8- When users spend time typing text , some sessions will expire and will cause errors. 9- Some Look-up tables contains English text , a new language (Translation ) is required for those lookup tables. 10- Admin section to be created to allow admin to add new lookup values ( Ex. Department Name , Topic Category . . ) 11- Users details have been Entered in a different language , and a new field needs to be added in the database and application to allow users to type their names using two different languages. 12- Users are able to upload files , but we need to allow users to drag and drop files also. 13- A reminder through (email , sms , Popup ) need to be added on specific events. 14- Users receive messages through the application as in forums , I want to allow users to mark single or many messages as read or unread , just like we do it in emails using check box. 15- Allow users to modify their comment which is not working properly right now. 16 - I have a gridview , I would like to sort projects on last updated project ( based on last comment added ). Those are just some of many requirements I would like to add to this system. I will provide a video tutorial for the programmer to clarify the details of the project and how it works. I need a programmer who will agree to work on specific deliverables and I will make full payment based on each deliverable. In other words , We agree on a requirement , you offer the price for that specific requirement , if I like the price , I will accept it , if I like the work , I will pay full amount for step one and then we move to the second requirement. Note , the mentioned steps are not everything I'm looking for , there are many other requirements I would like to add.
