ASP Access DB - UI Interface Improvements

I have a dance school database, based around ASP and an Access DB. I use a web interface hosted on my local network to maintain students details, branches and classes. Work is needed to customise our current reports so we can print students from a choice of classes, not just one or all is it is at the moment. As it stands this function is broken and only shows all classes. Simply, our dropdown boxes need to be changed to multiple choice/checkbox. We also need to allocate the BranchID to the ClassID so on choosing the Branch throught the interface we are dynamically given the list of classes for that branch. We would also like to improve on the way students are allocated to a family. As its stands if there are 2 sisters in the school we have to input the parents details twice for each sister, so the parents table is just doubling up information. I have seen other software that can do this and I can direct you to the example. Throughout the 8 years we have used this system, I have added functions, extra fields etc and the UI has started to get pretty messy. If you have anyway you can see of just making the UI a better user experience it would be appreciated. No ajax is implemented on the site, it could be useful in certain areas. The winning bidder will receive the DB and ASP files.
