3D renderering for padel tennis projects (with +10 projects to come)

I need to replicate 3d pictures (and create whole new projects too) for locations where i have projected to place and locate padel tennis courts. (Locations are often true and possible to find on google maps (i have the addresses). I have had a designer make them for me but i am not happy with his skills) In general, i need them to be super duper crispy. Looking as true as possible with a sense of luxury. As a reference i have attached a PDF called CPN that has the look and feel that i like. Attached in the project you see two of the projects that needs to be done, "water" and "parking". They are to be re-made and aligned to the style of the PDF design. i.e what i mean is that de deliverables from the freelancer designer should be as close to the PDF references as possible (in terms of quality). However, i will make som small decisions during the project as i will want some unique colors on some parts of the padel-court and perhaps place some logos in some areas. (but that can be decided later in the processes) Either way, the project can be a super deal for a potential freelancer as i will need at least 8-20 3d images already the next 3-6 weeks. and more to come during the year. I need a freelancer that understands english well, is good at communication, performs awesome 3d and perhaps has some history in making 3d for sports / tennis. The PDF called "cpn" is how i want their resume to look like. That is my reference.
