Data entry from property website

Look at the attached spreadsheet to see what data is being requested - columns G through U The spreadsheet currently includes 1 property address by way of example. The winner will receive the same spreadsheet w/326 property addresses. For Column G: go to [login to view URL], copy the full address into the search bar. If property reads "For Sale", enter "Yes", else "No" For H - N - enter data from Zillow popup balloon into appropriate columns For O & P - click on the property address in the Zillow popup balloon, then scroll down to Price History - if you see under Description "Sold", enter the date into P and the price into O (see attachment "[login to view URL]" with comment boxes) For Q - go to [login to view URL] - copy the address into the search bar. Then click on the Comparables tab, at the bottom of the resulting screen you will see a button named "View all comparables". Click it, then click on the Recently sold homes tab below the map. You should see the results as in attachment "[login to view URL]"). For Column Q, enter the value in bold at the bottom of the "Sold price" column, for row named "Average" For R-U, go back to Google browser, copy address from spreadsheet directly into google browser. You are looking for information about whether the property was recently (or is currently) listed or not. For that, look down the list of search results for anything with the letters "MLS" or "MLS#" in the title. (Note: if you see results from [login to view URL] - it usually provides the best info for columns R-U - see attachment "[login to view URL]" for detail on R-U) For R - use the Est. Price or List Price from the webpage For S - (if using [login to view URL]) use the Last Listed field For T - use the Status field For U - copy the URL of the page you found There will be more of these types of projects in the future.
