osCommerce 503 error issue on GoDaddy. Our osCommerce has been working for many years, but suddenly our customers can't connect to USPS shipping and PayPal Express payment. The error message says, "503 Service Unavailable error was encountered". We contacted GoDaddy, but they couldn't find any issue.
