We are developing a video encoder system with multiple nodes that communicate. We are looking for a person with video encoder experience, Ruby, Linux, and Bash experience. We will be using Ruby for the core software. It is a linux based appliance using Ruby and Bash for the core software.
Using Image processing toolbox (simulink)design block to do JCTVC encoding. just consider stable image (Not dynamic image). simply, input an image then do JCTVC encoder to output the image based on the alogrithm that attached. basically, I attached C library file in which you have to implement it in Simulink Matlab I want the source file (Matlab file) and simulink file. also, word file with explanation of the work.

I have a working FFMPEG encoder and decoder script that encodes video from a Blackmagic SDI Input into h265 sends that over the network via UDP and then recieves is on the other side and outputs it on another Blackmagic SDI card. There is no demo for Air desktop Application in FW_2_25_free.zip. I am using Flash builder 4.6 and my test project is Windows Air desktop Application.
