The problem is that this latch is breaking off because it is not sturdy enough or the tolerances are just too tight so you have to apply too much force to open the box. Please send an STL and ideally a step file that fixes this problem. This is for 3D printing with FDM printer. For an experienced designer this should be quite easy, I think.
