US Realtor email list in Excel

I would like a current email list for as many opt-in Realtors as possible in the United States in Excel format. I need this list as soon as possible. I am aware of this project being done before and if any provider has a list already built and ready to go, that would be ideal. In your posting on the PMB please indicate how many individual Realtor email addresses that your list contains or an estimate of how many you can compile, also what fields you have available i.e email,name address,phone etc... Please make sure its opted-in i had bad experience (need under 5% Bounce Rate) list providers. Thanks guys hope to work with you guys soon
