Split and format 3 XML files into many HTML files We need three XML documents split into separate html files, and then formatted similar to the attached html files. [login to view URL]: Approximately 45,000 files will be created. Files will be named: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ETC A section starts with: 6 spaces and then <diag> 8 spaces and then <name> a section continues until this starting pattern repeats. Plus you will create a second set of files using the same XML file as follows: A section starts with: 8 spaces and then <diag> 10 spaces and then <name> a section continues until this starting pattern repeats. 1. The <name> and <desc> need to be on the same line 2. Within a section, there may be zero or more nesting descriptions and code. 3. The document layout should match the layout of the matching PDF file icd10cm-tabular-Jan-2021.pdf. [login to view URL]: Approximately 8,000 files will be created. Files will be named: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ETC A section starts with: 4 spaces and then <mainterm> 6 spaces and then <title> a section continues until this starting pattern repeats. 1. Within a section, there may be zero or more nesting descriptions and code. 2. The document layout should match the layout of the matching PDF file icd10cm-index-Jan-2021.pdf. [login to view URL]: Approximately 300 files will be created. Files will be named: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ETC A section starts with: 4 spaces and then <mainterm> 6 spaces and then <title> a section continues until this starting pattern repeats. 1. Within a section, there may be zero or more nesting descriptions and code. 2. The document layout should match the layout of the matching PDF file icd10cm-eindex-Jan-2021.pdf. 3. Each file created should have the same header and footer found in the sample HTML files. The header of each file should be formatted as: <html> <head> <meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=UTF-8'> <meta name='type' content='ICD-10 2021'> <meta name='desc' content='K13 Other diseases of lip and oral mucosa'> <meta name='code' content=''> <meta name='date' content='2021'> <title>2021 ICD-10 Compliance Publishing Corporation (877) 500-6737</title> <link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='[login to view URL]'/> </head> The meta name ‘desc’ is the text after the <diag> and <name> fields for the Tabular file and The meta name ‘desc’ is the text after the <mainterm> and <title> fields for the Index and Eindex files.
