Create Wordpress gaming plugin

I am endeavoring to develop a Wordpress plugin CUSTOMIZABLE web-based gaming system (with XML creation and parsing capability), with the following main functions: 1) GAME ADMIN will be able to create a game, and create game-schedule including multiple locations of where the game-schedule is in effect. 2) FINANCE ADMIN will be able to place value/cost (online money) for every bet for every game-schedule and charge it to bettor's account. be able to transfer online money to any account. 3) BETTOR will be able to register and confirm an account (accepts social network accounts). 4) BETTOR will be able to submit a bet on a game-schedule through the web or coming from an XML file inside a predefined folder. 5) BETTOR will be able to query about... active game-schedules, running prize of a game-schedule, latest result of a game-schedule, result of a specific date game-schedule, active bets posted, history of bets posted etc... and create an XML file based on any of these queries. * the online money may be transferred from one bettor account to another. the online money may be bought from the FINANCE ADMIN account through a credit card or other online payment system. * every bet has a corresponding value/cost (online money) After successful development, I will also require your services (paid) for subsequent app enhancement. (like point system etc.) Remember, admin side fields/labels should be customizable.
