I am looking for have a pretty straightforward website developed where users can upload photos to. To bid on this you company must have SOLID WordPress developers. No juniors. I'm looking for rock solid quality and security on this application.
The site will consist of:
1) Main site: Users to browse and download pictures, subscribe to weekly emails for new photos, like on facebook, display pictures in sequence or grid, view by category, Follow on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram.
2) Admin: Admin login. Admin to manage users, approve photos submitted by users and either post them to the featured section or regular section, disapprove uploaded photos, block accounts, delete accounts, reset user passwords, resize and recompress photos, view statistics on photos viewed.
3) User account: Signup, Edit profile, Link profile to facebook twitter Instagram pintrest, pload photos, photos should automatically be compressed on upload to specifications, edit tags for photos, delete photos, view stats on photos, link account to facebook profile.
Other Ingo:
• Application to be hosted on [login to view URL]
• Security: Website must be fully secure using industry standard secure coding methods. SSL to be implemented. All of the above should work on a shared web hosting site.
• Admin module must only be accessible from certain IP addresses. If accessed from a non approved IP then the system should email the administrator and the administrator should be able to remotely approve the new IP that is trying to access the admin module.
• Wordpress version must be upgradable periodically without losing the site.
• 6 months of full support, 1 year of bug fixes
• The above requirements represent 80% of the scope. Additional 20% features will be added along the way.
• Timeframe 30-40 days.
Terms:
• 10% to be paid on project start, 30% to be paid on all modules being completed, 20% on launch, remaining to be paid 45 days after launch.
• I will be the sold owner of all code, design, etc.
• Developer may not use any of the IP, code, etc for any other client.
