ASHA GROW is an online accelerator program designed to develop music artists around the world. It consists of a proven methodology explained with an introductory video and 4 sequenced modules, each with specific exercises to be completed by the artist. It is a subscription-based model where clients will need to pay a monthly fee to have access to all material included in Asha Grow’s platform. The platform will include the course and exercises part of the program and a marketplace of two types of specialists: coaches and freelancers, with different types of expertise. The marketplace should be available to all subscribed users to be used any time. Acting as an intermediary, Asha Grow will charge a marketplace fee of all specialists’ paid work through the platform. These are the current tools we are using to enable the platform. There is currently no integration between them. LearnDash (Installed on wordpress) Memberpress (Installed on wordpress) WPML Instalado (Installed on wordpress) Stripe account created Hubspot Account (Marketing Pro & Sales Pro) What I need from you is to work on the functional elements of the platform to ensure it works smoothly through all the modules in the sequence required and to have a fully operational marketplace as described above (including the payment process). We also need to build a solid session management to ensure that access will only be given to (1) paying users and; (2) certified coaches and freelancers. Everything should be easily translated into Spanish. **Important to note that no design work is being asked for this project, only the functional operation of the platform. Business Model (subscription + marketplace) Enable a subscription model with 2 types of payment: monthly or annual. We could enable this through Memberpress. Section 1: Methodology For every lesson, there will be a video explaining the subject and guiding the user through the activities. Following the video, the activities section will mostly consist of multiple choice forms (none of which will be quizzes). We could set up this section with LearnDash + Gravity Form. All answers resulting from each section should be exported in a PDF file to be downloaded and will need to be stored in the user’s profile. Section 2: Marketplace Marketplace of two types of specialists: coaches (experts in the music industry) and freelancers (experts in diverse technical matters). Artists will have access to this marketplace at all times and will be able to chat, schedule appointments and/or hire services from their provider of choice (available through the platform). All payments of services need to go through Asha’s platform with no exception. Asha Grow should be the merchant of record on all transactions. Coaches and freelancers will also need to register and create an account to provide services after going through a validation where they will be deemed qualified to provide the services mentioned. Terms and Conditions and an Adhesion Contract will need to be accepted by this party in order to sell their services through the platform. To set up this section, we plan to use WooCommerce Bookings + WooCommerce Product Vendors. Section 3: Marketing All tech stack used for the platform should be connected to Hubspot, to ensure all information per client is stored in one place and they can take advantage of all tools available to them.
