I'm looking for a freelancer who is an expert in Wordpress + WooCommerce to do a quick fix on my website. Basically, the latest order number on WooCommerce is #3004. I'm looking to change this value to #5000, and start counting the orders from there and up. My budget for this fix is $10-20 USD

I will add a number 1996 to the all the order numbers greater than or equal to 3004 and this will cause the order numbers to be counted with 5000 for all order number on and after 3004. I have done the similar job in one of the site and have the code for this.
