Website doesn't reflect latest changes in wordpress

Hi, I've been working on a wordpress based website using elementor for a month now, and doing some SEO thing at the moment, however last week on 30th July ; my changes stopped reflecting on mobile. I went so many material available on internet and discussion forums and did everything i could have. Deleted cache from Browsers, Wordpress plugin (autoptimize), web server host Godaddy and hostgator but nothing worked. I used Cloudflare CDN as part of my SEO on 26th July but on very next day i had to delete it for some other reason, so i suspected that some kind of cache would have been left there unpurged and may be mobile website(not using different version of website, its same as desktop but responsive) is fetching the content from CDN server (very unlikely as i had already deleted my website from Cloudflare on 27th). I tried to recall as to what did i do on that particular day and i roughly remember that i had published an update between 2:41 PM and 2:59 PM, so to be specific the content that is stuck in mobile is from the publish i did at 2:41, the very next publish done at 2:59 wasn't updated. I also tried changing my homepage to some other page but still it did not work. now the problem is that even google is referring to the same old website page that is being shown on mobile while indexing and crawling the website.
