I need two menu headings to not link through to the page

On the website's menu, there are two menu headings called "buy/sell perm" and "buy/sell temp" they each have three sub menus which are fine and dont need to be touched, but the main menu text "buy/sell perm" & "buy/sell temp" link to a page when you click on them, I want to remove this so when you click "buy/sell perm" & "buy/sell temp" it wont go anywhere, I onyl need the sub menus to go anywhere, which they already do. This should be pretty quick and simple for someone.
