I am looking for Very inexpensive VA to help with Website Development and Business related tasks. My budget is very low, so I am looking for an online worker from a country where $4/Hr. is a rate that would be acceptable. You must be very trust worthy with a track record of work and good reviews to show. Tasks will include configuring and testing Word Press plugins, applying for affiliate programs and posting banner ads on my sites, graphic design, and other various online tasks.
