Fix Contact Form 7 Plugin Issue - Not sending emails

We are looking for a freelance developer that can help us with ongoing tasks on our website. To find the best developer we have set a task. We would like you to fix the contact form on our website. The SMTP is working fine. The site sends out emails however the “Contact Form 7 Plugin” does not work. We need “Contact Form 7” to work. Please try again later.” The smtp settings are correct as the site is able to send out emails. It is just Contact Form 7 that does not work. Please tell us how to make the contact form 7 plugin work on our site as we need this plugin to work. You should be able to work out where the issue is coming from by testing the form and checking the error code. If you can do this we will have much more ongoing work for you. Thanks
