Installer for C++ windows service

Hi, I have a windows service written in C++ and i need to have an installer for it. The installer should be a step wizard in installer with the following: 1) Directory of install. 2) User to run the service with. 3) do uninstall if the service is installed and then make install of the new version. 4) in the description of the service it should say :Taldor Glasshouse The service has an ini file which the service reads data from, the service must have access to this file. The project is with VS2010 I will post the code to the bid winner. Thanks, Dodly
